Working with our operations team we carried out a feasibility to test the financial viability of running the cafe and bar within the Harlow Playhouse Theatre as a commercial entity. This involved developing a service which met the needs of distinct market segments  theatre-goers and members of the local community. Our sister company managed the cafe and bar for a number of years.
