Working as restaurant business planning consultants we carried out a site assessment to identify the most appropriate site to introduce the Harry Ramsden’s brand into Brighton. We worked with the operator and prepared the business plan to secure investment to develop the 100 cover restaurant and takeaway. Our sister company managed the restaurant for over 10 years and during this period we were responsible for marketing the restaurant and carrying out research to identify ways to enhance the offer.
