Restaurant business feasibility study
Working with the PSL operations team we carried out a site assessment, an audit of existing restaurants and takeaways within Brighton as well as market research, a full market appraisal and business feasibility study to support the introduction of the Harry Ramsden’s brand into Brighton. Our sister company, PSL, managed the 100 cover seafront restaurant for over 15 years and during this period we were responsible for marketing the restaurant and carrying out research to identify ways to enhance the offer.
