Cornish Engine Shed Options AppraisalClient: Torfaen County Borough Council
The British is the largest remaining site of industrial dereliction in South East Wales. The circa 1,300 acre site is located just over 4 miles from Pontypool town centre and a similar distance from the Blaenavon World Heritage Site.

Torfaen County Borough Council has commissioned Davies Sutton Architects and Planning Solutions Consulting Limited to carry out a heritage options appraisal to identify and assess a range of uses and options for both the Cornish Engine House (a Scheduled Ancient Monument and Grade II Listed Building) and the NCB Building (a Grade II* Listed building).
