Working with the Means, we were commissioned to carry out a feasibility study to assess the opportunity to develop a new heritage museum in Pontarddulais. Our work focussed on an assessment of the site and building, market assessment, carrying out consultation with a range of key stakeholders and the local community and assessing development options. For the lead option, we explored revenue generating opportunities and prepared a trading profile.
