Cornwall Heritage Trust – site acquisition support
Client: Cornwall Heritage Trust
The Cornwall Heritage Trust was established in 1985 and is a charity with the objective of “preserving and strengthening Cornwall’s unique heritage.” The Cornwall Heritage Trust achieves this through delivering education programmes, managing grant schemes and delivering a programme of engaging events. The Cornwall Heritage Trust also owns and manages a number of nationally important heritage sites across Cornwall including Caer Bran, an ancient hill fort, through to Castle an Dinas an Iron Age hillfort, Sancreed Beacon an area of granite upland inhabited during the Bronze Age, Treffry Viaduct and Warbstow Bury, Cornwall’s second-largest and best-preserved Iron Age fort.
Planning Solutions Consulting Limited was appointed to work with the Senior Management Team and Trustees to advise on the potential acquisition of new heritage sites within Cornwall. To find out more about the Cornwall Heritage Trust, please visit their website.
