Visitor experience masterplan Black Park

Cafe Feasibility Study Country ParkThe visitor experience at Black Park incorporates a number of different elements including Go Ape, a cafe, different play areas, bike hire, Segways and a network of trails. Some 38 acres within the park are designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest and 158 acres of Black Park are designated as a Local Nature Reserve.

PSC worked with Buckinghamshire County Council at Black Park to identify ways to enhance the visitor experience and improve the longer term business prospects, which led to the preparation of a visitor experience masterplan which set out clear development actions.   Our work included an assessment of the current operation, market review, a module of customer research, reviewing case examples, extensive staff consultation and an evaluation of development options.
