Visitor centre cafe feasibility study – we evaluated the catering requirements for a new visitor centre on Littlehampton’s waterfront. The visitor centre also incorporates visitor accommodation.  Our work included market testing, identifying key income streams and advising on operational considerations including opening hours, menu development, style of service and staffing models.
