Working within a multi-disciplinary team we assessed the potential of developing a visitor attraction of national appeal on to a brownfield site in Derby. The attraction would be themed around ‘cycling’.

Our work included carrying out an assessment of two sites, a market analysis including a review of demographic drivetime profiles, identifying the core component elements of the visitor experience and a preparing a risk assessment. We also prepared a staffing model and carried out a penetration rate analysis to inform the development of a detailed financial model.
