Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council has secured £17.7 million in funding from the UK Government Levelling Up Fund to establish the Vale of Neath as a significant heritage and natural environment led visitor destination. The funding will deliver key projects at Gnoll Estate Country Park and Pontneddfechan in Waterfall Country. In 2022, Planning Solutions Consulting worked with the Council where we prepared a high-level destination development framework for the Vale of Neath to create a sustainable visitor destination.
