Planning Solutions Consulting were appointed by a charity, to carry out an assessment to identify market demand for a proposed tourist accommodation and an associated watersport project for a site located in a rural area. A key part of the work involved identifying and evaluating the potential type and scale of tourist accommodation which could be introduced at the site along with assessing different types of water-based activities.
