Touring Caravan feasibility study, Leicestershire

Working for Leicestershire County Council we carried out a feasibility study on behalf to assess the potential of introducing a touring caravan site within the grounds of a leading visitor attraction in the County. Our work included:

  • Site assessment with planning considerations, access and traffic movements, existing services and the relationship with the visitor attraction.
  • Market review which focused on understanding national trends and regional trends in respect of the tourism market. Along with a review of the touring caravan sector and marketplace.
  • Operational and financial considerations which considered the specific facility requirements, operational requirements, indicative investment, potential earning and future management options
