The Peak District National Park covers approximately 550 square miles, it is the oldest National Park in the UK and tourism is one of the largest employers in the National Park.  Working with DTZ and Smiths Gore on behalf of the Peak District National Park Authority we were commissioned to review the assets of the National Park to advise the Authority on cost reduction and management efficiency.    The strategic commercial review also helped to identify commercial opportunities to enhance income generation within the National Park.   Our focus were on the visitor facing elements managed by the National Park.
