The Nottingham visitor economy has long been shaped by the Robin Hood legend, yet the city had been without a dedicated attraction telling that story since the previous experience closed its doors. Working our sister company we carried out an operational review and prepared a business plan to re-open a Robin Hood experience in Nottingham.. Our review looked closely at what had worked well in the past and where the concept had struggled commercially.
