Planning Solutions Consulting Limited has been commissioned by Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council to provide a business plan to assess the opportunity to reopen the Rhondda Tunnel as a ‘flagship’ visitor destination product. At 1.95 miles in length, the Rhondda Tunnel would become Europe’s longest cycle tunnel (and the second longest in the world).
