Severn Trent manages a number of attractive reservoir sites across England, which have developed recreational offers including high quality catering thorough to sailing activities, fisheries, cycling and play areas. The reservoir sites also host events and education visits.
Planning Solutions Consulting was commissioned to review the visitor experience masterplan being developed for one of Severn Trent’s leading recreational sites. Our work including reviewing the outline designs completed to date, consultation with Severn Trent staff and onsite businesses and setting out key opportunities to enhance the visitor experience taking account of the different needs of the business, visitors and the environmental setting of the reservoir.
