“We recently commissioned Planning Solutions Consulting to revisit the Ramsgate Beach Club Feasibility Study that they developed for Thanet District Council in 2015. Due to the length of time since the first report we needed to refresh and review the study in the current climate. The scope of the work included reviewing the strategic and market context, updating the range and mix of services and activities that could be delivered, developing a design option and reviewing the financial projections and delivery models for moving forward.
