We were commissioned to assess the commercial opportunity of the café in Paddington Recreation Ground, an important London greenspace. Our market appraisal assessed the current park user flows along. We devised an operating plan and product offer to meet a diverse audience with different needs at various times in the day and week.  The business activity to emerge as a result of our work also extended its operation with some private use outside the core operating hours. 

We also devised the appropriate style of catering offer and menu plan, produced a point of sales and marketing plan for the main café and evaluated the likely spend profile and devised the proposed pricing points.

A forecast customer spend model was developed in conjunction with a trading profile and risk assessment. The work was used by our client to secure the operating contract.
