We were commissioned as specialist commercial advisers /mentors to work with the owner of a self-catering holiday cottage business.  We reviewed the business operation and performance to identify approaches to increasing revenue generation.  This involved market research and financial analysis. We were also tasked with creating a detailed action plan to improve trading performance with specific goals in the short, medium and long terms.
