Client: Northumberland Wildlife Trust

The Northumberland Wildlife Trust manages over 60 nature reserves across Northumberland.  The wider study area included the Druridge Bay and Coast Project. Working with the Trust’s senior management team and Trustees we visited a number of the reserves, carried out a review of the visitor offer along with a market research and intelligence exercise to identify potential opportunities to enhance and increase access to nature at specific nature reserves managed by the Northumberland Wildlife Trust.   We also facilitated a workshop with the Senior Management Team and Trustees to help prioritise opportunities to engage with different audiences.
