Planning Solutions Consulting has been commissioned by BirdWatch Ireland to undertake a feasibility study exploring opportunities to develop visitor infrastructure and an education offer at one of its managed reserves. The study will identify and evaluate the most appropriate options to support sustainable access to the reserve.
