Museum business planning

Working with our sister company, we identified an opportunity to re-open the former Bass Museum (Coors Visitor Centre) as an innovative heritage visitor attraction. Our sister company re-opened the former Bass Museum as the National Brewery Centre – the visitor experience merges traditional forms of interpretation with new technology. There is also a significant corporate/functions offer along with a year-round programme of events.  Our work focused on preparing a business plan to support the project.  Our sister company managed the museum between 2010 and 2022.  Find out about other museum projects we have worked on here.
