Working with our sister company we identified an opportunity to re-open the former Bass Museum (Coors Visitor Centre) as an innovative heritage visitor attraction. Working as museum business planning consultant we re-opened the former Bass Museum as the National Brewery Centre the visitor experience merges traditional forms of interpretation with new technology to create a popular  destination. There is also a significant corporate / functions offer along with a year round programme of events.  Our work focussed on preparing a business plan to support the project.
