Selected Project Experience

Betteshanger Park (formerly Fowlmead Country Park), Seeda: Carried out a feasibility study for a bike-based visitor experience that formed the foundation for what is now the established Betteshanger Park.
Dalby Forest, Forestry England: Provided strategic advice on development planning at the Great Yorkshire Forest, which features established mountain biking trails alongside bike hire and wider cycling provision.
Afan Forest Park, Natural Resources Wales: Delivered a comprehensive visitor experience masterplan for this recreation destination, encompassing two visitor centres, two bike hire operations, and an extensive mountain biking trail network.
Cycling Visitor Attraction, Derby City and County Councils: Working alongside architects, we carried out a feasibility study to explore and develop proposals for a dedicated cycling-based visitor attraction.
Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest, Forestry England: Prepared the business plan that secured funding to develop the visitor centre, car parking and wider visitor infrastructure, including the mountain biking trail network.
Pooley Country Park, Warwickshire County Council: Advised on development opportunities at this multi-use recreation destination, which incorporates a number of mountain biking tracks.
Forest Estate, Forest Enterprise Wales: Conducted a feasibility study assessing the opportunity to introduce visitor accommodation across the forest estate, to support the growth of mountain biking and walking tourism.
Queen Elizabeth Country Park, Hampshire County Council: Prepared a development plan for this forest park, which offers a mountain biking experience.
