Planning Solutions Limited owned and managed a luxury three bedroom self-catering property on the Isle of Wight. Originally the property was a  ‘sail loft’ and fisherman’s net store, which was restored to create a luxury home for the former owners of the adjacent Royal Esplanade Hotel.
