Leisure centre cafe feasibility study
Peckham Pulse Leisure Centre combines wet and dry side leisure uses and is located in Southwark, South London. We carried out a feasibility study to test the financial viability of the healthy living cafe, identifying market demand and producing a financial model with capital budget. Working with the operations team we helped to develop the service concept and menu. Our sister company subsequently managed the cafe for a number of years.
