The Kirkleatham Walled Garden project is leading to the restoration of a Grade II-listed historic Walled Garden. The walled garden will be brought back into use after 30 years and will create a mix of formal and produce gardens, events spaces, food and retail offers and training opportunities linked to the catering, hospitality and horticultural sectors. Planning Solutions Consulting has been commissioned to review the original busines plan, advise on governance and delivery mechanisms and carry out a soft market testing exercise to identify potential operators.
