Kingsbury Water Park, Commercial review consultancy project

For this project, PSC supported the strategic development plans of the in-house team providing support at the flagship recreation site at Kingsbury Water Park. PSC carried out a market assessment and commercial options appraisal for this country.

The commercial analysis included a detailed site assessment of the extensive built facilities and external amenities alongside and a consultation programme to understand the needs and aspirations of key staff and stakeholders involved with the country park including third party operators and we also carried out a market assessment.  Our work also involved helping to determine key issues and commercial opportunities as well as formulating ideas for action, identifying priority markets and establishing any ‘no go options.’ The study findings and recommendations offered a robust approach to climate change adaptation – and helped to ensure broad accessibility was at the heart of the forward planning agenda. The recommended plans covered the built facilities, external environment, interpretation, events and activities as well as supporting infrastructure.
