The assignment looked at business and income opportunities generally in the wake of the recent pandemic and its economic consequences, but also a second report specifically on museum catering in that context.

Their tender for the work demonstrated good understanding of the brief, significant relevant experience, and a clear process to use the modest budget available.

The consultants were professional, knowledgeable and timely in their approach, and the relationship was effective. The two reports which they produced are being taken forward by the museum board and the work is contributing to a revised business sustainability plan for the museum.
