Heritage visitor attraction café feasibility study

Heritage visitor attraction cafe feasibility study We were appointed by a local authority to identify and evaluate development options for an existing café at a heritage site managed by the local authority. The work included carrying out a review of the existing operation, a module of primary research with visitors, identifying future options including advising on the menu and design of the catering operation and preparing a financial model setting out income and cost centres.

We also set out advice on future cost effective marketing initiatives and, working with an architect, we helped develop an indicative concept sketch and floor plans.
