Heritage Lottery Fund Audience Development

Client: Farming Wildlife Advisory Group
Working with Resources for Change, we completed an Audience Development Plan for the final 2.5km of the River Lambourn as it flows through Newbury, Berkshire. The plans supported a bid of approximately £1 million to the Heritage Lottery Fund. A key aim of the work with the Pang, Kennet & Lambourn Valley Countryside Project was to consult with a range of stakeholders and the local community to increase involvement and leave a strong legacy of improved, ongoing communication about the river. We helped identify new opportunities to engage audiences and carried out visitor surveys and engagement research. Find out about other National Lottery Heritage Fund projects we have worked on.
