“In 2021 PSL undertook a Boat Trip and Water Taxi Feasibility Study on behalf of Blaby District Council, with the purpose of understanding the potential for a water based experience on the canal. Despite the impact of the coronavirus pandemic the study was conducted to the planned timetable and the final report was provided within the timescales. We were particularly pleased with the level of consultation with local stake holders and interested parties and the buy in and engagement achieved.
