Planning Solutions Consulting is working with Enfield Council to assess approaches to enhance the revenue generating opportunities at Forty Hall, a key cultural and heritage asset managed by the Council. Forty Hall is an impressive Grade I listed heritage and cultural attraction which was built for Sir Nicholas Rainton between 1629 and 1632. Developed over three floors, the building forms an important part of the cultural and heritage services which are being delivered by Enfield Council. The overall Estate incorporates approximately 273 acres of grounds, is ‘intact’ and is of national significance with history dating back over 600 years. The work is being funded by the Culture Recovery Fund.
