Gresham’s, a leading independent boarding and day school in North Norfolk, has started work on its landmark new prep school, which will be a state-of-the-art centre for education. Nestled within 86 acres of ancient woodland and lakes, the new development will offer an exceptional learning environment for boys and girls aged 7-13, blending tradition and nature with innovative, future-proof facilities.

Planning Solutions Consulting was commissioned by Gresham’s to carry out a feasibility study for a field studies centre within the grounds of Holt Hall. The work included a detailed review of the site, a market assessment and an analysis of a range of case examples.
