Client: Kent Thameside
Working alongside landscape architects and archaeologists we were commissioned to carry out a heritage feasibility study for a heritage experience themed on the links to the Roman and Anglo Saxon heritage of the wider area.
The heritage feasibility study included carrying out a market review to assess the viability of introducing a visitor centre based upon the history and archaeological heritage of the area. The objectives included identifying ways to engage with the local community, improving access, inspiring visitors and generating revenue. Different options reviewed including introducing a heritage visitor centre incorporating interpretation and education offers. Our work included a site assessment, market review, options appraisal and financial modelling.
