Farm park visitor attraction business review and investment opportunity assessment

We were commissioned to review and assess the opportunity for a private-sector client to invest in an existing farm park visitor attraction. Our work involved: Carrying out an operational and financial review of the existing farm park including pricing policy for admissions and memberships; identifying market trends which could impact on the attraction and future opportunities to enhance the offer and income generation potential; scoping out potential investment opportunities and then using a scoring matrix to identify and assess the preferred development scenario; and carrying out a financial assessment and sensitivity analysis of the proposed enhance development opportunity at the farm park.
