Client: Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council

We are prepared a business plan and marketing action plan for the country park as well as a resources plan for the BIG Lottery and Communities Changing Landscapes funding programme for the site on behalf of Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council. The work included extensive stakeholder consultation, a market review, benchmarking and primary research among users / local residents to identify future development opportunities.   This lead to the production of a business plan to support the future development of the park.
