Client: Charity
Working for a large environmental charity we were commissioned to carry out a feasibility study to evaluate the opportunity to develop a new environmental consultancy to generate revenue to support their charitable objects and activities. Our work included extensive consultation with the charity’s Trustees, directors and members of staff alongside key interested parties and stakeholders. We carried out a market review and competitive analysis to identify key growth service opportunities and potential gaps in the environmental consultancy marketplace. An ethical framework was developed to ensure that future consultancy projects had a strong fit with the trust’s charitable objects. A risk assessment was also carried out to identify and develop strategies to minimise individual risks and advice was provided on resourcing and staffing the new environmental consultancy service.
