Planning Solutions Consulting is working as a sub-consultant to Duncan Bryden Associates, a leading rural development consultancy, who has been commissioned to carry out a feasibility study by 3 to 1, a Community Interest Company.   The project is focussed on assessing opportunities to engage with residents and tourists in the Scottish Borders and wider audiences with mega VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) issues such as carbon management, resources scarcity and climate change in order to promote behavioural change.
