The Staffordshire Wildlife Trust manages 25 nature reserves across Staffordshire including the The Wolseley Centre the Trust’s HQ.  Our work focused on accessing the existing visitor experience at the visitor centre and wider site. Following the assessment we identified cost effective ways to enhance the existing visitor experience to engage with new and existing audiences along with increase dwelltime and visitor spend. During 2019 new facilities were introduced into the The Wolseley Centre including a new gift shop and cafe.
