We carried out research into the craft centre sector in the UK for the National Forest Company.  The feasibility study for a new craft centre included a market review, a detailed benchmarking exercise, concept development, staff modelling and financial modelling to test the viability of developing a new craft centre.   Our work also identified critical elements for the operation of a financially sustainable craft and education centre.
