Country park tearoom feasibility study

Tea room feasibility studyClient: Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council
Gnoll Estate Country Park is a leading destination country park managed by Neath Port Talbot Country Park. The country park covers approximately 219 acres. As part of a former country estate the landscape is attractive and there are distinct zones of landscape incorporating woodland, an 18th century landscaped parkland, lake areas and cascades. Working with Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, we supported a successful application to the Levelling Up Fund, which helped to secure £12 million in development funding to transform the visitor offer.

PSC was commissioned to work with Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council to test the financial viability of developing a secondary catering outlet, a traditional-tearooms, within the country park.
