Visitor experience masterplan Denham Country Park

Denham Country Park is a very attractive country park covering some 69 acres. To the south, the River Misbourne forms a natural boundary and the Grand Union Canal runs along the southern boundary. Visitor facilities include a small visitor centre/cafe and play area.

PSC worked with Buckinghamshire County Council at Denham Country Park to identify ways to enhance the visitor experience and improve the longer-term business prospects.   We developed a visitor experience masterplan setting out key development actions.

The visitor experience masterplan focused on practical, deliverable improvements. We worked closely with council officers and site staff to ensure recommendations were realistic within available budgets and could be phased over time. The result was a clear action plan that balanced visitor experience improvements with identifying commercial opportunities for the country park.
