Working with the Means, we were commissioned to carry out a feasibility study to assess the opportunity to develop a community woodland on the edge of Penclawdd. Our work focussed on a review of the site and concept developed by the community, a market assessment, consultation with a range of key stakeholders and the local community and carrying out an options appraisal to identify the preferred development option. For the lead option, we prepared a high-level financial model.
