Our experience in this sector dates back to the early 1990s when we were part of the Rank Group, working alongside Odeon Cinemas, Jumpin’ Jaks and large-scale multiplex entertainment centres. That background gave us a detailed understanding of how commercial leisure facilities generate income, and how to identify opportunities that others miss.
