Coastal Activity Hub, Demand and Feasibility Study

Planning Solutions Consulting has been commissioned to work with Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council and a multi-disciplinary team to carry out a demand assessment and feasibility study for the proposed Coastal Activity Hub project in Coatham.  The wider project includes the development of a 42 bed hotel alongside an adventure golf experience and high quality themed play offer.   The Coastal Activity Hub will provide a dynamic space for community, sports, event and visitor uses, bringing economic, health and wellbeing benefits.  Alongside this, the Hub will help to reinvigorate an untapped beachside space which will contribute to the place-making and distinctiveness of Coatham seafront.
