Cleethorpes Resort North Masterplan, October 2018

Cleethorpes Resort North Masterplan – Cushman & Wakefield has been commissioned by North East Lincolnshire Council to prepare a deliverable masterplan for the northern part of the resort, which includes the area from the Pier northwards along North Promenade and includes a number of key potential redevelopment opportunities.

The team includes Group Ginger Architects, Fore Consulting Transport Consultants, and Planning Solutions Consulting, who are providing advice on the tourism marketplace and identifying opportunities to enhance the tourism product. The focus is on creating an economically, socially and environmentally sustainable masterplan which will set out and provide a framework for future development initiatives.
