We were commissioned by the client to carry out a review and assessment of the opportunities to increase car parking income and to improve the ‘customer experience.’ This involved identifying the different revenue collection methods from pay and display through to ANPR systems and assessing their individual ‘pros’ and ‘cons’. We also reviewed the current car parking tariffs and produced a financial model to illustrate the merits of adopting the car parking income generating strategy.
