Planning Solutions Consulting was commissioned to carry out a high-level review, from a leisure and tourism perspective, of a canal located in the UK. The work included a review of the canal (cycling the length of the navigation), providing a commentary on current usage, advising on accessibility and linkages, setting out a commentary on nearby places of interest, assessing the wider residential marketplace and reviewing the planning context.
