Harlow Playhouse, Essex
PSL won a national competitive tender to operate the bars and catering facilities within this provincial local authority owned theatre complex which boasts a 400 seat auditorium. The centre includes two bars which are already operational and PSL also invested in the complete refurbishment of a foyer bar to create a high quality continental style cafe restaurant which serves snacks and meals as well as pre-show dinners. PSL refurbished a further facility within the theatre which operates as a brasserie and which is available for private dinners and functions.

Peckham Pulse, London
Peckham Pulse is a ground-breaking new sports and health centre in South London with a capital cost in excess of £14m. The centre represents a flagship of the Government’s Healthy Living Strategy. PSL won the contract to operate the catering and retail activities within the centre including the main cafe outlet which is branded as The Pulse Cafe. Our role included the design and fit-out of this area. Both the service standards and menu production are geared specifically towards healthy living and a strong emphasis is placed on information and education for healthy diets in close liaison with health professionals based at the Pulse.

Paddington Recreation Ground, London
PSL operated the catering outlet at this refurbished community recreation and sports centre in west London. PSL was selected because of their successful track record working in progressive partnership with local authorities.
