We were commissioned to prepare a business plan for an environmentally themed visitor centre in Somerset. Our work focused on carrying out a site assessment, market review, options appraisal and setting out future options in respect of the concept.  We also prepared a visitor model to forecast future visitor numbers and financial model.  We also advised on management and delivery options for the visitor centre
