Client: Taunton Deane Borough Council
We were commissioned to carry out a feasibility study for an environmentally themed visitor experience in Somerset. Our work focused on a site assessment, market review, options appraisal and concept development, a penetration rate analysis, and financial modelling. We also advised on management and delivery options. The project formed part of a ‘Big Lottery Bid.’
