We worked with our sister company to appraise and identify future opportunities for this heritage farm and living museum, in effect a business appraisal. Our sister company had been asked by a local authority whether they would be interested in tendering for the operating contract for this heritage visitor attraction. The offer at the farm and living museum includes:
- A manor house
- Café
- Indoor play
- Gardens, with walled garden
- Guided tours
- Animals – with regular ‘meet the animal sessions’
- Education service
- Annual calendar of events
- A barn used to host weddings
Two of the buildings are Grade II listed. The heritage farm has also been used as a filming location.
