Business appraisal of a heritage farm and living museum

We worked with our sister company to appraise and identify future opportunities for this heritage farm and living museum, in effect a business appraisal. Our sister company had been asked by a local authority whether they would be interested in tendering for the operating contract for this heritage visitor attraction. The offer at the farm and living museum includes: A manor house; café; indoor play offer; gardens, with walled garden; guided tours; animals – with regular ‘meet the animal sessions’; an education service; annual calendar of events; and  a barn used to host weddings

Two of the buildings are Grade II listed. The heritage farm has also been used as a filming location.  Find out about other farm park and attraction projects we have worked on.
